TOP ADVISORS TO DISCUSS FUTURE OF FINANCIAL SERVICES
November 10-13, 2013 Ojai Valley Inn & Spa, Ojai, California
Approximately 150 top advisors from across Canada will contemplate the wisdoms of 18 leading speakers under the theme, Back to the Future, at the DAC™ (Distinguished Advisor Conference). The event will explore opportunities to build on past experiences in a changing economic and regulatory environment, preparing professionals technically and with the right relationship skills to enhance their impact in helping families manage and transition their wealth.
“Family needs for wealth management are changing and these needs impact service level requirements. . .they may even affect firm survival rates unless advisors adapt and grow,” says President of Knowledge Bureau, Evelyn Jacks, who is also founder of the DAC. “This is just the right time to re-think your business strategy and help your clients with theirs, and DAC is the most leading edge way to do so.”
The DAC agenda is designed to stimulate strategic thought and learn the latest in technical competencies required to provide tax efficient wealth advisory services. In its 10th Anniversary year, DAC is being held November 10-13, in beautiful, spiritual Ojai, CA. “We provide you with a great opportunity to move out of your “day-to-day” thoughts, reconnect with your personal passion and vision, in order to implement your major goals in building and executing new value propositions.” said Mrs. Jacks.
The speakers are outstanding and the venue is spectacular. Ojai (pronounced O-hi) has long been known as a haven for artists, musicians and health enthusiasts. The name means “Moon” in Chumash, the language of the original residents, the Chumach Indians.

A “village” of about 8,000, Ojai is serenely nestled near the Topa topa Mountains, about fourteen miles west of Ventura on Highway 33, about 55 km from Santa Barbara and 133 km from Los Angeles. Ojai is famous for its “pink moment”, the pink glow produced by the fading sun across the lovely hills – one of the few places in the world to experience such a beautiful natural phenomenon. Meditation Mountain is the best place to see this (http://meditationmount.org) and in general a must-visit. The opening reception at DAC will celebrate the “pink moment” in a memorable gathering.

Ojai has a reputation as a “must do” golfing destination and the Ojai Valley Inn and Spa is listed as one of the top 25 golf resorts in North America. A world class spa is also onsite, together with many other lovely activities for team building and strategic thought.

“Apparently, the golf course is as challenging as it is gorgeous,” says Mrs. Jacks. “Please join us, but do register early to avoid disappointment. Do so before June 30 to ensure best tuition fees and space at the venue.”
To register call Carol Scott 1-866-953-4769 or fax in the PDF to 204-953-4762 before June 30.
