Over the next several weeks, we will be acquainting you with the phenomenal speakers who will be sharing their thought leadership at this year’s Distinguished Advisor Conference.

On the first day, you will hear about innovation and leadership from:

Jessica Macias, co-founder and Managing Director at Leadapreneur, a boutique consultancy that helps companies to innovate. Especially passionate about empowering women to lean in, Jessica recently spoke at TEDx about the gender pay gap and advised women on how to stop being the discount. Educated in Switzerland, Spain, UK and USA, Jessica has spent more than 10 years building leadership and innovation capabilities in global Fortune 500 companies, education institutions, NGOs and government entities across Europe and Asia, providing her tools and insights to more than 30,000 people. Her energy, charisma and strength allow her to connect with her audiences and awaken their desire to change.

Jan Bartscht, a futurist and innovation consultant specializing in helping leaders to fight disruptive change by transforming their organizations and people into agile digital innovators. Described as a “bold and visionary disruptor,” Jan sees first-hand the reality of “innovate or die” in his daily work, consistently observing that there are essentially two kinds of firms: those who are being disrupted and those who don’t know they are being disrupted. Jan has spoken at TEDx, the Thunderbird School of Global Management, Lean In Malaysia Summit and other international conferences, and has been engaged as an adjunct lecturer for social entrepreneurship at INTI and Puthisastra Universities.

This is a duo that you don’t want to miss! So, mark your calendar now – November 5-8 in Western Canada’s spectacular wine, apple and peach country!
