From Robert Litschel:  I enjoy reading this because sometimes I catch wind of news I have not heard, especially new tax twists that have just come into being. For example, I found out the GST was having a name change. . . Before that, I thought the Grocery rebate was a new, additional tax rebate. Silly of me, I suppose, to think the government would give us something new.
