Mandeep’s path to leadership was far from conventional. Arriving in Canada in the early 1990s, he faced the challenge of starting over without completing high school. He began his working life behind the wheel—first as a cab driver, then as a Calgary Transit bus operator. But an accident in the early 2000s changed everything, leaving him bedridden for years and forcing him to rebuild his life from the ground up.

During that difficult period, Mandeep made a pivotal decision: he returned to school and completed his Grade 12 education at age 32. At the same time, he took his first step into tax preparation, launching a small practice from the basement of his home. What began as a single-person operation has since grown into a multi-location success story.

Today, Mandeep and his wife proudly lead two thriving accounting firms—Pro Tax Block and Max Pro Tax—with four locations in Calgary, one in Edmonton, and one in Toronto. Their strategic vision includes plans for national expansion, driven by a desire to help individuals and business owners make informed, empowered financial decisions.

At the core of Mandeep’s work is a belief that maximizing wealth potential is essential for long-term stability. Many people and businesses leave opportunities untapped simply because they don’t know what's available. By closing that gap through education and expert guidance, he helps clients unlock growth, build financial confidence, and achieve lasting success.
