Two New Honors for Winnipeg Business Leader Evelyn Jacks

October 1, 2013. National business educator Evelyn Jacks, president of Knowledge Bureau has added two new distinctions this year: she was recently ranked one of Canada’s Top 25 Women of Influence for the second year and she is the Manitoba Club’s 2nd female president in its 77 year history.

“It’s a real honor to be recognized,” said Mrs. Jacks, “and especially gratifying to build a national educational institute focused on the highest standards in tax efficient family wealth management with a brilliant team of contributors. Our passion has been to help professional advisors meet the needs of their clients in a volatile financial climate.”

Now in its third year, the Women of Influence ranking is designed to celebrate and showcase the achievements of the most influential Canadian women in business, health, non-government organizations, professional services and the public sector over the course of the last year. “These women have not only made a significant difference in their chosen fields, but are exceptionally influential,” says Carolyn Lawrence, President and CEO of Women of Influence. “We are driving an important cultural shift in the workplace by celebrating women who act as role models in every sector.” 

Evelyn Jacks will speak on the latest trends in Real Wealth Management as the opening speaker at the Knowledge Bureau’s Distinguished Advisor Workshops, being held in Winnipeg, Nov. 1, Toronto, Nov. 4, Calgary Nov. 5, and Vancouver Nov. 6. CE/CPD accreditation will be available for professional advisors.
